Laven's SLV CG 6012 Grinder is a perfect addition to your factory. Can take care of any cylindrical machining job ranging from Ø30mm to Ø100mm. This In-Feed CNC Centerless Grinder comes with a Fanuc controller.

Salient Features

PRECISION GRINDING WHEEL SPINDLE

Ceramic coated spindle accommodates grinding wheel Ø 610mm and width 300mm. Twin grip spindle construction offers both hydro dynamic filmatic spindle or precision anti friction bearings with velocity of upto 63 m/s.

12 inch Grinding Wheel Spindle with twin grip support

The machine bed uses high strength cast iron which makes the machine bed rigid, vibration resistance and better heat resistant. The cast iron bed weighs over 4000 Kgs.

IN FEED ASSEMBLY

Infeed slides with servo motor driven slides. Dovetail design for high rigidity and linear guideways for slides for frictionless movement.

PRECISION WHEEL DRESSING

2-axis servo driven dressing slides . Precision dressing with linear guideways for both traverse and depth.
